The Day · The app

Join, score, claim. Nothing else.

One card per group, scored the way your day scores. Claims made at the marker itself, the admin handled for you, and the drama sent where it belongs: the big screen.

On the tee

The card, scored your way

Four players, one card, and the pencil sits wherever the organiser wants it: anyone in the group can score, the whole team can enter and edit, or one appointed scorer keeps it. Every entry is audited either way.

Strokes, putts, sand and penalties in; Stableford and handicaps done for you; and the card shows whose scores are carrying the hole while it is still being played.

The 10th

Claims at the marker, not at the bar

Walk past the disc, and if your ball is in range the claim button lights up. One thumb, and A. Russell's 327 yards is on its way to every screen in the building.

No debates at the bar about whose drive was really longer: the marker settled it on the course.

Your day, your rules

The leaderboard is the organiser's call

Standings in the app can be on all day, off entirely, or on until the last few holes and then dark, so the finish belongs to the clubhouse. The organiser flips it per day.

Our favourite is off: the drama lands harder when the room reads it out. But it is your day, not ours.

The optional in-app board on an iPhone 15 Pro: team standings with your team highlighted, and a note that the board goes dark when the leaders reach the 16th.

Back in the room

The room hears about it

Every score and claim the app takes feeds the big screen within seconds. The card your group keeps on the 13th is the board the clubhouse argues about; the claim you make at the marker is the gold slab the room reads out loud.

And when someone takes your longest drive off you, that is where you hear about it: out loud, in the room, the way it should be.

The clubhouse hub on the big screen: the live course map filling the display, every group shown where they are, with the standings rail and the side competition boards down one side.
