Terms of use
Terms
Last updated 24 September 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They are short because the site is simple: it describes what a CourseSide day is and lets you talk to us.
Who we are
This website is run by CourseSide Ltd, a company based in Stockport, England. You can reach us at [email protected].
Using the site
You may browse the site, share links to it and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy the site, its design or its imagery for a competing service, scrape it for contact details, or use the Talk To Us form for anything other than talking to us.
The example days are fictional
Every day, club, team, player and partner shown on this site is invented so that we can show you the product without showing you anyone's real day. Hartwell Trust, Meridian Capital, Ellersby Park Golf Club and the businesses on the boards do not exist. Any resemblance to real organisations or people is a coincidence.
What the site describes
The screens on this site show the CourseSide day as designed. We are taking bookings for the 2027 season, and the first live days run in 2027. Where something is planned rather than built, we say so on the page. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of a particular result on a particular day, and any arithmetic about sponsorship is illustration, not a promise.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending us a message through the site is not a booking. A booking is agreed in writing between you and us, with its own terms, after we have talked about your day.
Our content
The CourseSide name, the wordmark and mark, the screens, the words and the imagery on this site belong to CourseSide Ltd. Product screens shown inside devices use device artwork under its own licence; the fonts are served under theirs.
Other sites
Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for what is on it or how it handles your information.
Availability and liability
We keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
