Live from the course

A golf day is the only event nobody can watch.

We change that. Your golf day becomes something the room watches, and something people are still talking about at the bar. We run the whole thing, so you get to enjoy your own event.

Charity days Corporate days Golf clubs Amateur tours Society days

The middle of the day

A start, a finish, and four hours of nothing in between.

120Players walk off the first tee
150Acres for them to vanish into
5Hours before anyone knows anything
1Clubhouse with nothing to watch until they come back

The organiser has spent months selling this day, and spends the middle of it doing admin. The ones who finish early wait for the ones who have not. Then everyone waits again while somebody adds up the cards.

The clubhouse

Put the day on the big screen.

One screen in the clubhouse, running all afternoon, showing the thing that was invisible five minutes ago.

The clubhouse hub on the big screen: the live course map filling the display, every group shown where they are, with the standings rail and the side competition boards down one side.

We bring the screen, the gateway and the trackers. And we stay all day.

01

Every group on the map

Your club's own course map, with every group tracked live. The room finds their own team in about two seconds.

02

Standings that keep up

The board updates the moment a card goes in. No waiting for the turn, no waiting for the end.

03

Side competitions, live

Longest drive and nearest the pin, with the claim order changing in front of everyone.

04

Driven from the iPad

Spotlight any hole, follow any group, or leave it rotating. The host decides what the room sees.

It has a commentator

By the turn, the room has picked a side.

The screen calls the day as it happens: who has drifted, who is in the trees, who is quietly putting a run together. That is the difference between a leaderboard people glance at and a broadcast they follow.

Sponsorship

Sponsor a hole people are actually watching.

If your holes are not shifting, we will bring sponsors from our own directory and cover the gap.

Presented by

Main sponsor

Named on every hub screen all day, in the app every player is holding, and on the report that reaches them afterwards.

Holes 1 to 18

A hole of your own

Your branding on the hole as it is being played, on the screen and in the app, and your name in the live ticker when something happens on it.

The flagships

Longest drive & nearest the pin

The holes the room actually watches. Claims land live, and the leaderboard for your hole has your name on it.

What sponsors get →

The players' app

Scan, play, claim. That is the whole app.

No account and no password. Players scan the code at check-in, put their name in and they are in the day. Cards go in hole by hole, anyone in the group can enter them, and it keeps working when the course has no signal, syncing the moment it does.

Claim the longest drive from the marker, then walk back in not quite knowing whether you are still top of it. The room has watched the whole thing unfold. You find out when you get in.

Inside the players' app →

The group's shared card on an iPhone 15 Pro: strokes, putts, sand and penalties for all four players, the team's best two counting.
The longest drive claim on a Google Pixel 7: in range at the 10th, four yards past the holder, one gold button.

Beyond the course

The day travels.

It leaves the venue while it is still being played, and it follows every player home when it is over.

A CourseSide golf day followed in a web browser from an office: the course map, the standings and the rolling ticker of what is happening out on the course.

The office can watch too

One link. No app, no login, no account. A company's team is out on the course and the rest of the business follows them from their desks. Your sponsors go wherever the day is watched.

Lands the same evening
A player's personal round report on a phone the evening after a golf day: their scores, how they moved through the field, their stats and a replay of their walk.

Everyone goes home with their day

When the event closes, every player gets their round back: the scores, how they moved through the field, their stats and a sped-up replay of their walk. Your sponsors are on it, which makes it the only golf day sponsorship that follows the player home.

Who it's for

Days worth turning up to.

We work with the people who organise golf days, and with the clubs who host them.

Charity days, corporate days, society fixtures and amateur tours all run on the same bones: fourballs, a scorecard, and a room waiting to find out what happened. Whichever one you are running, the day looks the same on the screen.

Not sure where you fit? Tell us what you are putting on and we will tell you what it would look like.
