Now taking bookings for the 2027 season. The first CourseSide days go out in spring. Hold a date →

The Day

One day, five screens.

A CourseSide day happens in the clubhouse, on the players' phones, on one iPad in the corner of the room, and on every screen the follow link reaches. Then it lands again that evening, on every player's phone. Five pages, in the order the day runs.

Every screen of a CourseSide day: the clubhouse hub live on a television with every player tracked on the course map, an iPad running the Control Centre and a phone running the players' app.

What we bring

Kit, screen, trackers, people.

Nothing for the venue to install, nothing for the organiser to learn. We install it, run it alongside you, and stay all day.

01

A tag for every player

The size of a key fob, handed out with the scorecard. It is what puts every player on the map and draws their walk in the report.

02

The receivers and markers

Up around the course before doors open, on the flag sticks for nearest the pin, at the longest drive markers. Down after the presentation.

03

The screen and the iPad

The broadcast on the club's own screen or one we bring, and the Control Centre on one iPad in the corner, shared between you and us.

04

Our people, with spare kit

We check every group away, run the big screen and stay until the winners are read out. Spare trackers in the car, every time.
